TRESTLE DISCOVERY SPRINTS
Many of our collaborations start with short discovery sprints aimed at helping organizations assess the risks and challenges of a technology product, program or infrastructure, and to lay out tangible paths forward.
These sprints can range from a holistic look into how an organization is approaching its technology to a focused dive into a single topic, feature or product — such as the viability of an old system, the security risks of specific software, or the user experience of volunteer tools.
Discovery sprints are led by small multi-disciplinary teams of technologists and tailored to the question at hand.
